About the founder 👤

Anthony Simonetta, a determined and entrepreneurial individual, embarked on his first business venture at the young age of 19. He founded "Simmo Ware," offering software design and development services to small businesses in New South Wales. Although he had a modest client base, it provided him with the necessary funds to invest in his next venture, "Connected Apps," a scalable startup.

Connected Apps aimed to provide white-label app frameworks to small businesses, enabling them to have their own native apps on the AppStore. Despite selling 200 subscriptions, Anthony encountered significant challenges. The value proposition was weak, resulting in high customer churn, and the pricing structure was inadequate, hindering profitability and scalability. Anthony faced difficulties in hiring the right talent and lacked the experience to steer the business in the right direction.

Despite these setbacks, Anthony embraced the spirit of entrepreneurship, learning valuable lessons from the failed venture. He decided to close the company while honoring existing contracts and continued working full-time as a Financial Analyst for the Victor Smorgon Group. This period provided Anthony with invaluable insights into finance and operations, preparing him for his next endeavor.

Anthony relaunched the company, rebranding it as Hustle Digital. This time, everything clicked into place. Within the first three months, Hustle Digital generated an impressive $150k in revenue, and the company expanded to employ ten full-time team members.

In 2022, as the COVID-19 lockdowns came to an end, Anthony executed his master plan for Hustle Digital. The company underwent a rebranding as Hustle Agency, refining its messaging and aligning closely with its value proposition. They increased their hourly rates and focused on serving companies with 100 or more employees, delivering exceptional outcomes.

Additionally, Anthony launched Hustle Holdings as a Venture Capital brand, using the capital from Hustle Agency to invest in promising new companies. Leveraging the insights generated at Hustle Agency, they identified market gaps and nurtured these ventures until they reached product-market fit. Anthony's vision included bringing in external partners and capital once the ventures demonstrated their potential.

Today, Hustle Agency operates four successful subsidiaries: Website2App, Hustle Outbound, XTRA Clubs, and Sitewatcher. However, part of this TAM would be covered by the native app development marketplace which we estimate to US$24B. Therefore the remaining market is $11B. We do have some competitors who have some marketshare but this market segment is still in its early phases.” There is still market share for Website2App to conquer and with a TAM (Total Addressable Market) of around $11B, turning a profit down the road shouldn’t be a problem,.
